Fairs are open to the public from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Fridays, 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sundays. Parking is free and plentiful.
Absolutely no animals other than those providing ADA approved-service will be permitted. Service animals should remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner at all times.
All bags will be subject to screening/security check upon entrance. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item to be brought into the Capital Art and Craft Festivalsand to deal with any unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate.
Children ages 12 and under will be admitted free of charge and must be attended by an adult at all times; strollers are allowed. In the event that a child is lost, please report immediately to the ticket booth at the entrance to the building.
Any conduct deemed in show management’s sole discretion to be inappropriate, dangerous, or menacing, including but not limited to disorderliness and impairment/inebriation of any nature, will result in the attendee’s immediate expulsion from the event and exclusion from all future Capital Art and Craft Festivals productions.
No outside food/beverage is permitted; for your convenience; concessions stands located will be open during show hours.
Dulles Expo Center has 4 new ramps to help with accessibility to our building. Requests for wheelchairs should be made at the security desk at the front of the building. They are offered on a first-come first-serve basis.

Please bring all found items to the Show Office. If you lose a personal item, stop here to see if someone turned it in.
Photography/Videography/Audio Recording Policy
By purchasing a ticket for this event, I consent and authorize Capital Art and Craft Festivals to copyright, use, and publish any of the images or recordings in any format taken of me during any event. I understand these images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear on the website, in publications, promotional materials, or any other media now known or to be invented. I agree that Capital Art and Craft Festivals, produced by SPARGO, Inc. will not be responsible for unauthorized use of the images or recordings. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my name. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Capital Art and Craft Festivals or the person or entity designated to do so by Capital Art and Craft Festivals.
Firearms; fireworks/incendiary devices; profanity (spoken or carried/worn); or other items deemed by show management to be harmful or disruptive.
You may leave and return to the Craft Fair by showing your ticket.
Roller bags, carts, and suitcases are not allowed to be brought into Capital Art and Craft Festivals unless there is a medical reason.
Any and all injuries incurred, no matter how small, must be reported to show management.
All Fair areas are non-smoking. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so outside of the building. We appreciate your cooperation.
Strollers that are small in size or collapsible are allowed at the Craft Fair, but cannot be used for carrying purchases. Staff and security reserve the right to refuse large strollers allowed into the Craft Fair due to security & safety reasons.
