Showcase Your Treasures
Ready to join us and display your homemade works of art? Let's get started.
A quick note: We are entering a time of transition as the venue that has hosted the Capital Art and Craft Festivals has closed. We searched the Northern Virginia area for a new home for 2026 and beyond, and after careful consideration, we are happy to announce that we will be moving the festivals in the Fall of 2026 to the newly created DTC Expo, located at the Dulles Town Center in Sterling VA.
Once dates have been finalized, applications for artists will become available. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate this transition.
Booth Information and Pricing
The Capital Art and Craft Festivals are juried art/craft events and have been voted in Sunshine Artist magazine’s top 100 by our artists. CACF has hosted numerous festivals welcoming thousands of Art and Craft connoisseurs in search of unique pieces of art for their personal collections and as to give a gifts. Artists and craftsmen who handmake original quality art/craft are invited to apply. Mass produced, re-sold, imported, created from kits, animal products, use of endangered animal items are not permitted.
The festivals are held indoors at the Dulles Expo Center in Northern Virginia, which is surrounded by Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier, and Prince William counties and is a close drive from Washington, D.C and Maryland areas.
Applications to become a participating artist at a Capital Art and Craft Festival are accepted through Zapplication. During the application process on Zapplication, each artist will be required to submit 3 photos of their individual work and 1 photo of their booth set up. While each booth includes 8’ high pipe and drape the artist is responsible for the set up inside the booth. The jury is looking for a professional, dimensional display set up as well as quality handmade art and fine craft.
